How do I know I can trust the businesses that are listed?
The best way to find reliable trades people is through recommendation. Every entry in the Little Blue Book of Excellence comes highly recommended, by customers that have used their services in recent months. Each entry comes with a minimum of 3 recommendations.
How are the recommendations checked?
Recommendations can be verified a number of ways. Methods vary depending on the type of business or service. We have visited customers to see examples of work, carried out detailed satisfaction surveys and have written recommendations that have been e-mailed or posted to us.
How do I recommend a business?
If you have a business you would like to recommend, please let us know by clicking on the link to the right. The business must set themselves a high standard, charge a fair price and have an excellent customer satisfaction record.
What happens if I receive poor service from a listed business?
Comments on businesses listed in the directory are always welcome. Poor service feedback may result in a business’ exclusion from further issues of the Little Blue Book and immediate removal from our website.
